HiTek Tech
Southern Dallas AI Defense
Black workers in customer service, logistics, and admin face real displacement risk. Black-owned businesses without automation are losing ground. HiTek Tech is the on-ramp: plain-language training, hands-on setup, and income paths that work from a phone.
The problem in one sentence: AI amplifies old inequities unless our people get skills, tools, and ownership before the displacement wave hits DFW's service and logistics economy.
HiTek's role: We are not Dallas College. We are not a fellowship program. We are the bridge that gets non-technical adults from zero to earning or protecting revenue in weeks, then points the ready ones to bigger institutional paths.
